Name mistake in sbi clerk form

In the recent SBI clerk exam i have filled by name,which is differ from name mentioned in adhar card. as in my adhar card, my name is mentioned without my father's name in middle and in exam form i filled my name including my father's name in middle. what can i possibly do now ?

You may file an application attaching your adhaar documents and stating reason for the change in name. Your issue would be considered and you would be directed towards the name rectiifcation procedure.
