It will not be possible to give a proper opinion without reading the orders of the court. On whose name was the property purchased?, is she having rights in the property?, what and why did the court order for the property to be transferred on her name?, please come out with more details if you need a proper opinion/advise on the subject issue.

You have to approach the MHADA office... There is procedure to transfer the flats of Mhada.... The office will supply you the formats of the Affidavits and list required... You get it execute the notarised documents, there after DEED OF ASSIGNMENT IS EXECUTED BETWEEN THE PARTIES IN REGISTRAR OFFICE..
I think property is situated in Mumbai Mhada...
