NCDRC gave a +ve judgment in MAHANAGAR TELEPHONE NIGAM LTD case ( RP/
2992-3000 /2013). But not ready yet to publish it in judgments section of confonet site. They were forced to publish it , by submitting public grivevance(DOCAF/E/2014/02211, website https://pgportal.gov.in).
