Respected Sir I had been awarded a Decree under Delayed Payment Act 2006 for Small Scale Inductries Court Thane. Can I file a case with NCLT against the same party inspite of me being a in receipt of a decree. Your expert opinion is much sought after. Kindly oblige Thanking you Sanjay A

When you already have decree, go for its execution. Why another spell of litigation?
