Need a corporate lawyer

What i need is

1) Preferabally a Male candidate because visit may need to office/home.

2)  Have a clear understanding of offer letters , appointment letters , Notice period , corporate law , IT related laws.

3) Willing to work on weekends as well.

4) Location must be near Indirapuram ( Ghaziabad ) or Noida sector 62 to make things easy and faster.
