I just need a advise to how to proceed ,
Please find my questions as below
1. Have filed RCR against my wife to join the matrimonial home and they did not attend any hearings or procedures in court so Ex parte was ordered in my favour , but on the exparte date my wife and their advocate appeared and filed a set aside petition , for which my self filed a counter and judge accepted and warned my wife with a fine of Rs. 500/-
2. After this Judge has announced cross examination , but even then they have not turned up for the cross examination and asking for vaithas for continuosly 4 hearings ...
3. Now last month they appeared ,but judge went on a permission so cross examination is not done on the same day my wife and their lawyer filed for divorce application...
Please guide me how to proceed , my case is prolonging and no clue whatsoever ...
Please help me how can i proceed further,
My wife has attended only 2 counselling out of 6 dates and she admitted that no dowry , no torture and also because of unemployment they want separation .
Now i have submitted my employment proof ... Please help me
