need advice

i want some advice . in 2009 i try to go south africa that time i deal with my relative and that time i pay ticket charges in advance and after reaching southafrica i need to pay 220000 i give a blank stamp of 100rs with my sign and my mother , father and big brothers sign on stamp for surity that after m reach they pay 220000 but airport authority deport me from mosambiq airport and m not reach south africa and i not pay the money that time. curruntly he want 2.5lacs for blank stamp so what i do pls give me advice thanks in advance .
