Put up joint mutual divorce petition on jan 2015... Wife did not told me now that they had filed 498a and 406 against me and my parents in may 2012.
1. What is the procedure to withdraw 498 by wife..wife is ready to cooperate
2. Is bail required before applying for withdrawl of 498 by my wife
3. Wife already informed police stn thrugh application that she wants to withdraw the case.
4. Time taken for withdrawal of case
Pls advice
It is a days job...all the accused have to be present at the court...hire a lawyer who would prepare petition and submit it to the judge with all the clause mentioned
