Respected sir,
I filled RCR around one month back as my wife is showing no interest in coming to me.so today her uncle and aunt called me ,thereatened me and used abusive language.
About half an hour later i got the call from all of my relatives ,all were asking why you have used abusive language.
they started spraeding that i called them and used abusive language,which is not correct, i dnt call them also i forgot to record the call.
so will police trust if they go for 498a complaint .She is in uttar pradesh but i live in mumbai.
