My wife and myself have been staying seperate for more than 2 yrs now and after every reconciliation attempt by family, friends and even professionals have failed we have decided to legally seperate as its the most logical thing to do. we have agreed on the various aspects of moving ahead with an amicable divorce with settlement towards her and my infant child being taken care of including the maintenence for both wife and child.
We would like the mater to be dealt with sensitively so as to not mentally stress both parties and expedite in the quikest time possible.
