Need clarification based on will written by my grand father

Hi,

My Grand Father has tow sons and 5 daughters. I am the son of my Grand Fathers elder son.  My Mother is alive. My Father expired.

My Grand Father has writtten a will and for one of his properties(constructed house) he wrote it to my Fathers brother.(73 years old)   He mentioned a conditon in the will that  my Fathers brother should marray a girl and give birth to a child then only my Fathers Brother can sell the property. other wise he should only benefit from the rent he gets on the house as income.

Recently he called me and said that I am adopting a daughter and I wil sell the house and I or my mother will not get any share.

Is adopting a daughter equal to giving birth to a child ?  Does me or my mother have any rights on my fathers brother property ?

Hi Ramesh,

Thanks for your reply, I did not understand you, can you elaborate more, do you mena the Will itself is not valid ?

My Question is if he adopts a daughter or son will the Will be valid ?
