Is there any FIR lodged against you, which is not possible? If so, show it to some prudent local lawyer for preparing your defence and bail.

A teacher scolding a student is an ordinary incident. It does not amount to abetment of suicide unless there are credible facts suggesting ill motives on the part of the teacher.

Your query can be answered in the following steps:
1. if it for the aprty who alleages such allegations to prove it beyond doubt.
2. secondly, there is a bseless allegations mere calling a students parents cannot be a abatement to sucide, it being a complicated concept, needs to be proved beyond docubt.
3. there has to be a proper cogent evidence to substantiate case.
4. we can follow the bail procedure and apply therein.
