need help

In our apartments, we have two residents who are defaulters( not paying monthly maintance charges) and they always use abusive language in public and in meetings, in the presence of women and children. The flats are owned by their sons and the said miscreants are their fathers.Association had approached the sons, but there is no reaction from them.

If a ploice complaint has to be made iwth regard to the nuisance created by the two residents, under what sec of IPC this should be framed

regards

@Jose

You need not worry about the sections. Police would take care of it. Just make a complaint with the local police station stating all the facts. Don't forget to mention harrassment to women and children and the behaviour of the residents being abusive in public meetings.

A quick line of advice would be to be friendly with the police and make them happy. This is how India get going on cases else even if you make a gravest complaint, they may not even register a case. So choice is yours.
