I am a Dalit (SC) NRI who invested (proof available) with an upper caste businessman in Hyderabad about 2 years ago after he made intentionally misleading statements regarding return and growth. He is not returning the principal or interest. He has kept on dragging and when I personally came to India and met him in December promised to pay by January 31st of this year. Again he defaulted. He is deliberately doing this realizing that I am an NRI and am not around to knock on his door to collect debt.
Can some-one tell me If this can qualify under POAA (Prevention of atrocities act) or just a plain 420 along with a parallel civil lawsuit. Please provide your email or mobile if interested to assist me in this case. Thanks !
