My name is Imtiyaz Ali from Bareilly.
My marriage was going from one place but due to some reason My family refused it after some time.
On this, from the girl side they have made a case of Section 156/3 on us.
We talked to the police and explained the whole case, now SI is saying that he has given the report in our favour.
I have a question if SI has given the report in our favour than is it possible case can cancel?
If this does not happen, then what action should we take to keep ourselves safe?
As the girl side reported s*xual harrasement in the report, and now boy refusing marriage, which is absolutely false as I live in Delhi and did not visit to home since January 2018 and they reported s*xual harrasement in June on the occasion of EID.
If anybody wants copy of report please let me know I can send it.
Please suggest how we can get out of this case.
