Need help for divorced or annuled marriage

We just heared, now she is saying I want to come with you, but after face lot's of harashment my friens dont want to continute life with her, IF when we file for divorce can Court will pit pressure on him for bring her

If you are planning to get a divorce, mutual divorce should always be preferred to a contested divorce. Obtaining divorce through mutual consent is quite advantageous as it saves both time and money. The provision for dissolving marriage through mutual divorce in India is included in Section 13 B of the Hindu Marriage Act by the Marriage Laws (Amendment) Act, 1976. Any marriage solemnized before and after the Marriage Laws (Amendment) Act, 1976 is entitled to this provision.

can we file divorce in Nagpur Court because register marrige was done in nagpur and my friends is from Nagpur, but his wife is Living in another city (Chandrapur), Can wife will ask for trasnfer peititon to chandrapur, We dont want to go there because we will fill unsecured there also Now We all Understand what's going on in her mind she wants to hurt him, now she is saying I want to come with you because she know he is going to court, but he dont want to bring her at any cost, we tried to convey her also her Family, they are not agree that girl is too aggresive if he bring her I am sure he and his family will be in big trouble time to time.
