Any one can help me..
My Pvt new company have big project but for implement for that project we need land and cost of land very much high .
so i want to make such agreement that Land owner give land for project and when that land we sell we will pass money for his land.
can we make such agreement ?
and someone has such idea and opinion it is well come.

why not you prefer to take lease of land instead of buying a land.

problem is that we have no finance and value of land for that in Crores. so we want to make such agreement that Land owner give land for project and when that land we sell we will pass money for his land.
can we make such agreement ?

If Land Owner is ready for such type of agreement you can proceed for MOU, or otherwise I agree with Mr. Krishna.

i hv prepared draft for that .but can u send me such draft Mou for giving land for project and when ladn will sell for particular module trafer taht money in separate account for land owner .
and yes when we conduct such type of mou , so when will sell shold we make separate agreement for tranfer of land between land owner and Parties to Project ( Investor ).

I hv attached Draft MOU .
and actually i need such clause that party can not eacape and in futute it self enter into that project and represent him self as plan developer.
Pls give opinion on this MOU and give suggestion.
