Kindly Help, Friend of mine as a property in karnataka where his Father purshased the Land in 1963 & got Allinated through the concern Thasildar. the LR of the sold Property owner put an case in JMFC 2.nd division. the case decered with temporary stay to the purchaser, They applied with the JMFC senior division with the Miscellaneous petition & again the HON. Court decreed to the purchaser with Temporary relief. in the year 1995.
After the purchaser moved to the JMFC second division for permanent injunction & order passed in his Favour in the year 2003.
in the Last week the LR of the purchaser moved to the property to look in to. But the Lr of the seller attempted to murder & the FIR was registered in the concern police station.
Now they want to take the possession of the property & applied with concern survey Department for the Fencing and marking of the Boundaries.
kindly help me on how to take police protection while conducting fencing & is there any posibble way for the seller to move to the court & got it stayed for the Survey.. hat are the options for us to protect from the seller.. please help us to peacefully have the survey and want our property to enjoy.
