Record such calls.
Fix up a meeting and record audio/visual and keep some witness. Let this HR person make the statements you have posted.
Approach your lawyer and union later and they would know how to proceed.
Equip yourself properly so that there is no adverse effect on you ever due to the act of this HR person or this company.
You are scouting and hunting for job offers.
You should be careful to accept/ reject in time.
If a company thru its HR personnel has made an offer of employment it does not mean that the HR personnel shall start blackmailing.
There were publications that companies that are member of NASSCHOM have created NSR and:
- shall be making it compulsory for all new joiners to register at NSR and anyone who does not register offer/appointment be terminated.
-shall be increasing the notice period to 3 months and if some employee does not serve full notice period the employee shall be blacklisted in internal record of the company and adverse comments shall be posted in NSR profile.
The idea is to have 100% compliant ‘Employees.’
However your sector has united and unions were formed.
The unions had taken up the matter and one published reply of NSR is attached.
Be member of Trade Unions.
Such matters are effectively handled by Trade Unions.
