Dear Sir / Madam,
I am separated from my ex-spouse since 5 months. The decision for separation was taken by both of us. Reason are many : Lack of maturity in her , Lack of trust , Over interference of In-laws, I have all proofs ( sound recording where she said she want to separate etc )
Married since 4.5 yrs. No kid . Now i want to get official divorce from court. I tried for DMC ( Mutual way) like what they demand . They want me to make papers for DMC. When i am agreed for it & informed them. Her party refused to sign . Now they ask for 20 lack if i am in hurry to get divorce . Even some ornaments of her is with me & my side is also with her. I am ready to exchange for it also.
I am 34 yrs old and she is 26 yrs. so now they just want to do time pass for at least 2/3 years so after 2/3 yrs my age will be 36/38 so no one will ready to get marry with me ..this what they think & plan .
I also got threat for filing case against me for dowry, abuse n etc ..during this 5 months but till now they did not
I need true advice. What should i do now ? What is the best way to get divorce from her.
Please help me out.
