1. whether registration is mandatory or not ?
1. if registration is not mandatory still do we have to prepare it on a stamp paper ?
I heard that the property bought from auction sell from bank and once get the sell dead certificate, no need to pay for registration fees.. If any body has the reference on this, please pass me some reference..
