I had experienced the Case in my city, ours is an City Municipal council, where the Members of the council had split from there Representing Parties, and formed a group by them selves and suported there President in the Council, there Party District President did Filed an petition in the HON. JMFC court. and the HON. Court had disqualified from there membership. They Chalenged in the HON. High Court of Kanataka, where all the Arguments from there Respective side has been Heared and the Judgement is pending till further order. My question is...
1. As an voter to the Disqualified counciler, I have been suffered by No progress in my ward.
2. As an Common Public is it Possible for me to Question the Delay of the Judgement in the HON. Court?, If, so How and when.
3. Is the Concern HON.Judge can Hold the Judgement till her/ his wish, is doesn't mean that Indirectly they are also Supporting the Culparates.?
4. what are the Immediate remedy to the above said Circumstances.
