in nov 2009 i got married and she worked in private school as a teacher. both are PG graduates. iam working in private engineering college as a lecturer. in june 2010 for me and wife fight came to us by motherinlaw.. mother in law interfer in my family life and asking to her daughter to come separate and live your mother and father in law... i refused and her mother fighted with me and now she is in her mother home. while she leaving she is 3 months pregnant... and she aborted that child in 1 agust 2010. still now they didint inform to me... and in 12 sep 2010 my wife, and her family members are came to my house and they forced to get sign in leagal aggrement that both are getting divorced and going to live separatley hereafter. in front of notary vehicle both me and my wife signed and she went to her mother home and all things are returned to him and she thrown THALI to us...
infront of notary is enough for divorce...... or we should get divorce through court.... for second marriage... or any law is there to get punish my wife......
