I was following the discussion on the below mentioned LCI thread as it pertains to a problem that I'm facing with my RWA. In the discussion it has been mentioned that "There has been a judgement by the SC that you own only within the threshold of your flat." I would request experts that I've exhausted searching for such judgement using the various keywords I could think ok. Request you guidance. I'm looking for a judgement which specifies that within the thresholds of one's flat, the owner has exclusive rights of enjoyment.
