What are protection to a sr. Citizen tenent , residing in flat from last 3 years At Ranchi and depositing rent in Bank Account of the Lanlord regularly @ RS. 3500/ per month, against eviction, under the provision of Bihar Building (Lease ,Rent & Eviction) conrol Act 1982.
PL. advise steps to be under taken . Help is solicited.
