I heard that the property bought from auction sell from bank and once get the sell certificate, no need to pay for registration fees.. If any body has the reference on this, please pass me some reference..

1. whether registration is mandatory or not ?
2. if registration is not mandatory still do we have to prepare it on a stamp paper ?
