Needs expert advise

Hi Experts,

I used to work for a Telecom industry where i resigned from my company a month back. My Appointment letter says that i have a notice period of 1 month where the New HR Policies says that i need to serve 3 months of notice.

Can any one help me to understand that its only the Appointment letter i have signed and not the HR Policy then does it stands valid for enforcing me to serve 3 months notice.

Regards,

Radhika

If the conditions in your appointment order states that one month notice is to be served, it is valid, the new HR policy cannot be enforced because it is not binding on the original appointment conditions
