Neighbours harassment and dispute

Neighbours harassment and they disputed with us and hit my entire family members and then they went and complained to the police stating that we did this all.. Please help...this happend today i called on 103 and called police they came to my place and asked both the parties. And asked us to be present on police station tomorrow morning by 8 am. Please help....My entire family is in terror These people were harassing us from 11 years. Not allowing us to live here and they tear our clothes and throw and they dont let us pass from passage also Please hellllppppp
