A false complaint has been filed about fraud in Kathmandu. This complaint said that the event occured about 1 and a half year back from the date of complaint. This is regarding business transactions over a period of more than 5 years. Civil case for the recovery and counter claim is pending in Indian High Court.
In the complain it has been mentioned that the person against whom the complain has been lodged was present in Kathmandu while he was not in Nepal for past 2-3 years beside being there for a pleasure trip about 3 years before the date of crime, as claimed.
