New Few do not want to Pay the DEVIL it's DUE

In English there is a proverb " Pay the Devil it's due ".

What it actually means is that

" PAY PEOPLE FOR THE SERVICES AND BENEFITS YOU ATTAIN THROUGH THEM.

THAT WOULD DO YOU GOOD ".

On Lawyer's Club, i have seen people send PMs first asking about a case and guidance.

Then, they come back again and ask another query and guidance pertaining to the same case, but put across in a

different method. But it becomes crystal clear and they do not seem to realize that people can make out.

Every time, they  PSYCHOLOGICALLY try the PLEASING method by praising or saying Thanks for your Time.

They create such ARTIFICIAL SCREENS and get the guidance they want.

Remember that every case is unique. So, you can only get basic guidance here. for your own case,

you cannot get one hundred percent guidance on any forum.

__________________________________________________________________________________

Smartly what they do is " Divide the problem into ten parts and once in two days,

send one part as the question. So, at the end of three weeks,

they would have got the answers to their problem, from Fifty People - Lawyers, Experts and Advisors ".

__________________________________________________________________________________

All - FREE OF COST....

With this, it is similar to meeting FIFTY Advocates

and gaining GUIDANCE, all FREE OF COST.

They think they are TOO SMART....but actually, in essence, what they have done is they have behaved

VERY CHEAPLY.

They fail to understand that we are NOT UNDER ANY OBLIGATION to provide guidance.

If we are doing it, it is a SERVICE.

THE LAW OF NATURE AND THE LAW OF THE LAND SAY MANY THINGS IN COMMON.

ONE SUCH THING IS THE LAW " DO NOT MIS-USE A FACILITY ".

It is only after seeing such behaviour, society responds to those people by saying " IF YOU ARE

MIS-USING A WONDERFUL FORUM FOR VICTIMS AND TRYING TO ACT TOO SMART,

IT IS EASY TO GUESS  WHAT YOU WOULD HAVE DONE TO THAT GIRL AND HER FAMILY ".

On this forum, for basic guidance, moral support, emotional support, legal directions,

it is fine and fair enough to request and avail of the services of the Advocates, Experts and Advisors

who have to invest their time, money and energy to do good to you. Do not mis-use the facility and

do not take undue advantage of the good helping nature of the advocates, experts and advisors.

Beyond the basics, the readers should FORMALLY APPROACH AN ADVOCATE,

PAY HIM/ HER HIS CONSULTATION FEE AND OBTAIN FULL KNOWLEDGE.

IT IS NOT EASY TO CLEAR LLB AND BECOME AN ADVOCATE. PRACTISE IS MUCH MORE DIFFICULT.

THE NUMBER OF BOOKS TO BE READ, THE NUMBER OF TOPICS, THE CITATIONS TO BE REMEMBERED,

THE LENGTHY HOURS OF PRACTISE AT THE SENIORS' OFFICE, THEIR OWN LIFE,..ETC ETC ETC

THE BALANCE IN THE LIFE OF AN ADVOCATE IS NOT EASY TO ATTAIN.

___________________________________________________________________________________

So, if you pay an advocate his fees formally and get FULL guidance, it is GOOD for both you and the

advocate, your family and the advocate's family.

IT IS NOT ENOUGH TO KNOW HOW TO ENTER A BATTLE-FIELD.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHICH BATTLE TO SELECT AND WHICH ONE TO IGNORE.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW HOW TO ENTER WITH PROPER SAFETY GEAR.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW HOW TO FIGHT.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHOM TO FIGHT.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHERE TO FIGHT.

IT IS VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY  IMPORTANT

TO KNOW

WHY, HOW, WHEN AND WHERE TO EXIT.

For this, you need to do some self-study ( this forum and books ) and formally consult few advocates

and then decide to either fight it out as PIP ( PARTY IN PERSON ) or THROUGH AN ADVOCATE.
