It was an arrange marriage in May 2013. Her mental conditions were hidden from us. After knowing her mental conditions, we made the mistake of helping her and not annuling the marriage. We started her treatment and getting her engaged in her career goals. Once she showed signs of improvements, we consummated the marriage and a girl child was born in June 2014. Just the 2nd day of my child's birth, my wife had a schizophrenia attack and tried to kill my daughter, assaulted my mother and me. Same incident happened twice again and she finally deserted us in May 2016. Since then, we have not even met, or staying in the same city.On Dec 2018, she filed a false dv case against me for mntc and right to residence. I submitted the detailed WS, evidences of her mental disease and her job. Then also submitted the application for dismissal under 468crpc for time delay. Judge ignored all applications, facts and evidences and announce 15K of IM. What shud be my next step now?
