A security cheque is an acknowledgement of liability on part of drawer that the cheque holder may use the security cheque as an alternate mode of discharging his liability.

Those days are gone for defense of security cheque, blank cheque and stolen cheque.

The accused has to fight case on more reliable defense such as technical mistakes in complaint AND  no legal liability.

As such no allege dates have gone. Who says that case is not required to be contested.
