It is felt that the CLC has rightly advised the CPIO of NIACL stating the relevant section of the RTI rules and that he is duty bound to comply with these rules and supply the point wise reply.
Has the sense prevailed upon CPIO to submit complete reply point wise with relevant enclosures or not?
If not kindly proceed with appeal to awards punishment.
