What is the designation mentioned in the mercy appeal decided by Ex. Chairman Ramadoss and transfer order, and offer to join duties issued by various authorities?

From 19th Jan,2009 to 22.06.2011 you have been designated and hence you were addressed as Hindi Translator.

Atul Sahai Chief Manager on 19th Dec, 2011 has stated Hindi Translator does not exist since year 2006.

One shall wonder what this stupidity is.

The Chief Manager/CRM like Kundra, or Hira does not know there is no Hindi Translator. Don't they issue or sign I. Cards, appointment letter, salary slips, transfer orders etc.

The other reason could be that whichever error a complainant/ aggrieved like you points out the offender company/employer issues a fitting and decorated answer.

Do they still keep all files, rules, pages open and do they still inset whatever they want to insert?

If NIACL, in reply to Chief Vigilance Officer as latest as 19th Jan, 2009 has certified that your designation is Hindi Translator then how come designation of Hindi Transaltor is said to be " not existing" since 2006 by Atul Sahai.

If they are lying then they are lying to whom..................to CVO?

The question arises:

-If an employee is appointed as Hindi Translator, can his designation be changed without any approval from board?

-Can a designation/post be abolished, created, re categorized without the approval of board?

-In case a decision needs to be taken of creation, abolishment, re categorization of a post, then since it is a public undertaking and has govt. nominee on board, isn't the board needs to seek approval from Govt.?

If any approval is not necessary then is the board under obligation to inform the govt or not, before taking decision or after taking decision?

-If a decision is taken and ratified then is it not necessary for the employer to inform the employee and obtain consent?

-If the board does not require approval, due intimation to Govt. then does it require to do so with GIPSA?

Is GIPSA and authorized bode to take decisions in such matters? If yes then how can it remain to eb a non legal entity an out of preview of RTI act?

-Has the company informed all Hindi Translators that their post is re categorized and has the company obtained consent? Is the consent of employee a lawful requirement in this case? Has the company given an option to the employee to accept or lodge dissent?

You have posted that stay on transfer was vacated by a judge whop was lawyer of NIACL? Do you think that it is pertinent, prudent to cite this to the larger bench of HC and seek redressal?
