Nmd listing in honable supreme court

 I heard that some automatic system was taken by the Hon'ble SC of India.  So every Miscellaneous matter shall bear some date, either given by the Court or auto-generated by the computer. 

You can clarify the same from your advocate who is handling this case in supreme court because what you have written here is devoid of details.

The case is listed in the first working week of Court, nex year , what ever the date falls on first working wednsday of 2024 the case shall be listed for hearing. Just check with registery that they comply with order

Being a tenatative date may be mentioned therein the "case status" since Supreme Court do not specify such day / date in any case as mentioned by you.

Even otherwise "no" such day or words like "next year" shall be found mentioned either in the "status" or any where else.
