previous owner borrowed loan from bank but patta cancelled.. now plaintiff got Patta in the same property... to challenge the loan entry in EC filed a suit... Court denied to number it.. saying 34 sarfaeci Act bar on civil jurisdiction... loan amount only fifty thousand... please give some citation to file the case
