EVMs are blessings for corrupt. In India EVMs help conduct invisible vote rigging on wholesale basis, why would they want EVMs to go. With ballot papers, rigging happens only at a visible and retail level, and can also be recorded by media.

In Germany they have declared unconstitutional. In USA, their election commission has decided to give the option of vote casting by ballot papers in addition to the option of EVMs. UPA PM before the election setup his Office in Air[More expensive than US President's Airforce 1]. We know that chips were tinkered with in Karnataka Electronics industry and some people have fool proof evidence to the effect. Anyway....lets see who kicks the bucket soon, because of Dynasty issues facing the government.
