No fir for past 6 months

My wife has mentioned complete false allegations against me & my family.Also her Stridhan list too was mostly made up.So should I understand she is facing issues in submitting evidence. Is it mandatory for her to show evidence  so to have FIR.

Also can she influence police to press for FIR if they are not registering.(like by paying bri***).

My sisters who are staying in Cochin were also mentioned in complaint,however Inspecting officer never asked for them,can she even put their name in FIR.
