Can one help me how to come out from my 498a case?
I don’t have any witness when my marriage except relatives,
but the false witness was created by POLICE, which I came to know in my CD, thru RTI.
In my case I have only Legal Witness,[fabricated by POLICE]
I don’t have Prime Witness and Eye Witness
How many witness would be for a 498a case as per procedure
How to take action upon such false witness
Who is actually a witness: who sees with his eyes? Or who writes in police statements.
Court believes legal witness,
if so that means he is eye-wtiness for the case.
Please give advices
