Iam the wife and appellant in DVC appeal in MSJ.
The stage of appeal is hearing-Arguments.
I want to take NOC from existing Advocate. Can I do so?

Yes you can very well do so, if he/she doe not endorse the same, you can appear as party in person in the court and may inform the court about your decision to terminate his services or changing the lawyer.
