Noc agreement

Dear Kavita,

Hold understand whhy is he asking for Noc from you before you get into any such agreement consult a good lawyer . As this can go against you at some point . Try to figure out what were the redevelopment  agreement between your father and builder . IF you are on rent than such property can bbe in your mother name on free of cost and on ownership basis.

I suggest understand everything properly anfd than proceed ahead eventually its a question of your house and your sshelter.

Thanks for reply.........Builder want noc from us because after my father my mother will be the next owner and the redevelopment plan come in 2005 still builder giving rent to us. REnt will be giving by cheque and that cheque come on only 1 person name so we decided to give only my mother name for main owner. I want noc agreement format....
