In 1991 my father has purchase MAHADA scheme flat from the party( we are second party), the deal was signed on rs 5 stamp paper as power of attorney and pratigya Patra.
Post that in year 2000 we have cleared all dues to MAHADA and property was transferred on my father's name .
Now I need and NOC letter from MAHADA to apply for loan.
For NOC MAHADA has asked me for stamp duty paper, which I do not have .
Please advise the procudre
