A motor bike is registered in my dad's name in RTO office, Thrissur, Kerala. My son when studying in Manipal, Udupi, took the bike to Manipal and used it there. A NOC was given by RTO Thrissur for (1) using my Dad's bike by my son and (2) to drive it in Manipal under Udupi RTO for 3 three years. He justed used it there, no registration is done at RTO Udupi. After study, he broght the bike to Thrissur, Kerala. Now for the purpose of transfer of ownership of bike to a third party, RTO Thrissur is asking to cancellation of NOC issued from RTO Udipi. How can we get the NOC repealed from RTO Udupi? what is the procedure to get this done? time and money involved?
