I am presently working in BSNL and applied in NIC for Scientist B. In NIC application form I mentioned that I would produce a NOC at the time of interview. But i forget to intimate this to my department. Now i have given the exam and result is expected to be declared in 1 week. I want NOC from BSNL. What are the possible ways to get NOC as they are saying that i should have given the intimation before giving the exam.
