what should a person do when the Respondent (The state) does not accept the dasti served stating that "we cannot accept as we do not support the criminals"??
Served through registered post.
If deny to receive Dasti summon/notice than find evidence of two neighbours on copy of said notice and another notice/summon paste on his House door.
If possible shoot the video & submit in court.
Use the latest technology- Court will support in this situation.
