We have a land registered at Bhopal- mutation has been done in my father's and my uncle's name.
From last 3 years a close(?) associate of ours is trying to get the bataan (marking in map and boundary) of this land, and we have heard all the excuses possible.....net result is back to square one and zero. Problem is ithout bataan and diversion land will not be sold.
Under present circumstances:
1. Whom to approach and how to make them do needful work
2. Do we should file RTI, if yes what should be asked in the same and from whom and to whom it should be sent
3. What are legal way of forcing tehsildar and patwari (low rung revenue officers in this part of country) to give us proper bataan
4. Do you think it should take 3 years and can tehsildar could hung this case for so long, problem is we dont live in Bhopal and this work was being followed by third party.
5. Any lawyer of good repute from Bhopal can help us in this matter.....consultation...
