What is the legal remedy available for me in the situation as under?
I had joined delhi govt. in Pay scale of 3050-75-4590 on 12-9-2000 and worked there till 27-7-2004 and then joined MCD,Delhi in pay scale of 4500-125-7000 after rendering Technical rsignation .Delhi Govt. sent as amount of Rs 22021/- towards my past service benifits and agreed to bear all my liabilities . but my PF has not been deducted till date by MCD Or Delhi Govt. I rendered Technical resignation with MCD on 3-5-2012 and joined indian railways in pay scale of 9300-34800 in gpay 4600 old pay scale 6500-10500 on 4-5-2012.
