In a situation of taking on sub-lease an office premises from original lessee of the property it has taken on lease from land owner:
Requesting the learned colleagues to help in understanding due diligence points which need to be taken care off in such a sub lease.
Secondly will any non-disturbance agreement with the original landowner help sub-lessee, who will be parties to such non-disturbance agreement and what should be the content of such agreement.
