I want to execute agreement with my custormers to give rebate on sale. I will be highly obliged if you focus on follwoing queries
1. How much value of Non Judicial stamp paper is required ?
2. Is this agreement required to be registered before Sub-Registrar ?
3. Which online site have updated chart for giving guide lines of required value of Non Judicial Stamp Paper.
Secondly also have one more query related to name change. If company changed his name then how many year we have to mentioned " Formerly known as"
