Non payment by the company

Respected Sir, My name is Gayatri Saha living in Varanasi. I received a call from Aptech ltd., Mumbai on 14th April to conduct a 3 day training on Microsoft Office 2013 for their client SKS Microfinance, Maldaiyah, Varanasi on 23rd, 24th and 25th April'2016, to which I accepted. After giving telephonic test on 15th and online training given to me, I was confirmed for conducting the training. My confirmation letter was sent to me on 19th April'2016 and study material was sent to me on 20th April. After successfully completing the training Mr. Siddhesh from Aptech, Mumbai emails me that we have received a bad feedback from our client so my commercial has been kept on hold, though I have given my 100% to the work. After this I called him for further explanation to which I did not get appropriate reply about my commercials. Since then I have been constantly emailing him for reply to which he is not responding. They, have also sent me to an all men's organisation though I did raise a question on it while conversing on telephone. They did not give me an appropriate reply to this also else I would not have accepted the offer. In their confirmation letter, it has not been mentioned that if the client sends a bad feedback I will not receive my commercials or it will be kept on hold, neither did they inform me beforehand. I have also spent almost Rs.4000/- on sms, calling, video calling, emailing, CD, net connection, downloading e-books, files and softwares, travel expenses, etc. Ever since, the training was over on 25th April ‘2016 Siddhesh had not been clear about my commercials. I had been mentally harassed since then as I didn’t get any proper reply from them. I have further emailed the above matter to the labour commissioners of Uttar Pradesh Anubhag Adhikari, aadhikari2@gmail.com, Shram3@yahoo.com, shram_4@rediffmail.com, Laboursection5@gmail.com, Laboursection06@gmail.com and Mumbai labour commi mahalabourcommr@gmail.com and also to the offices of Aptech, Mumbai , shrutidharp@aptech.ac.in, ketans@aptech.ac.in . But did not get any response. This is not only about their commitment to pay me after completion of the training but also about my future too. If, a company like Aptech does not pay after their work is done how will I ever take such a job in hand in my future. I have also forwarded all the emails sent to me from Aptech Ltd, Mumbai to all of them. Kindly, handle this matter and help me getting my commercials that I have been promised for including all my expenditures and i would also register case for harassment as they are ignoring my request.
